How our live-in care works
When you decide that you want live-in care, our team finds someone that can meet your needs and whose personality and interests are compatible with yours. Our matching process takes time. We start by doing an assessment where we learn about you, your interests, care needs, and preferences. We try in our best abilities to match you with a Carer that matches those. It is our goal to satisfy your preferences- thus whether you want a female or male Carer.
Together we will craft a care plan that will cover your needs and how you want the care to be delivered to you. Family can also be incorporated in the drafting of the care plan. A two-week trial is set up where your allocated Carer moves in with you. During this period our Care Management will carefully monitor the service to see if you are happy with your Carer and if the care plan is working for you. If there is anything that needs to be adjusted, we will make the necessary adjustments to your care plan.
