About Us
We are a local home care provider offering our expert services throughout Thurrock, Basildon, Essex County, Havering, Southend-On-Sea, and surrounding areas in London and Kent. Aqua Robson Care was formed after Sue Mundicha experienced how care can be different from one care provider to another. Also, how there was a gap in home care as evidenced by a large number of hospital admissions of the elderly in hospitals due to falls or the impact of isolation. So, the idea of Aqua Robson Care was birthed from the belief that she could add a positive impact to what seemed to be a crisis. Aqua Robson Care aims to provide bespoke quality home care services to you and your loved ones.

Sue has over 22 years of experience working in different capacities in the Health and Social Care industry in different settings that include Home Care; Domiciliary Care, NHS Hospitals, Supported Living care, Elderly Care Homes, Mental Health Care, and Children’s Residential homes.
In addition, Sue possesses a wealth of experience of over 12 years as an HR Project Manager and Business Analyst managing operations in social housing landlords and large charities that provided supported living and sheltered accommodation, care homes, and multinational charitable organisations.
With her extensive knowledge and management expertise, she has skills that she uses in managing the day-to-day operations of Aqua Robson Care Ltd. Sue’s role is focused on supporting and developing the team of care coordinators, senior care workers, and care workers to ensure that as an organisation we are upholding our ethos of providing personalised care to our service users in the comfort of their own homes.
